We are seeking a passionate and motivated Supervisor to join our team at Delta Rue in delivering exceptional daily operations and a consistently high standard of guest experience.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day operation of Delta Rue.
- Supervise, lead, and motivate food and beverage team members during daily operations.
- Allocate duties, prepare staff rosters where required, and ensure adequate service coverage.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily priorities, promotions, bookings, and operational updates.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Monitor service standards, presentation, cleanliness, and product quality.
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
- Work closely with the kitchen and wider Hotel team to deliver seamless service.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.
- Support rostering and daily operational requirements while ensuring RSA, food safety, WHS and hotel procedures are consistently followed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar leadership role within a quality restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment is highly regarded
- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Confident leading and motivating a team during busy service periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A hands-on, organised and solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in developing people and building a strong team culture.
- Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster
