Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and help lead the day-to-day operations across our Restaurant & Bar, In-Room Dining, and Conference & Events spaces.

This hands-on role is ideal for a confident hospitality professional who enjoys leading by example, building strong relationships with guests, and ensuring seamless service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and developing your team, maintaining exceptional service standards, and creating memorable guest experiences across all outlets.

Job Description

  • Supervise and lead a team of Food & Beverage Attendants, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of service while consistently exceeding guest expectations.
  • Monitor daily operations across restaurant, bar, breakfast, and conference & events outlets, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Proactively address guest enquiries, special requests, feedback, and complaints, ensuring effective service recovery and guest satisfaction.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members, fostering a positive, high-performing team culture and supporting ongoing career development.
  • Work closely with the Kitchen team to ensure food quality, presentation, and service timing meet brand and guest expectations.
  • Assist with workforce planning, including preparing staff rosters and managing labor costs in line with budget targets and business demands.
  • Support inventory management, stock control, and operational compliance processes to maintain efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with Accor brand standards, workplace health and safety requirements, and all relevant food safety and RSA regulations.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • A genuine passion for hospitality, food & beverage service, and creating memorable guest experiences, always striving to find the "YES" in every situation.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop teams to achieve outstanding operational results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and presentation.
  • Proven experience in both à la carte dining and conference & events operations, with a thorough understanding of service delivery in fast-paced hospitality environments.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Sound knowledge of food safety, workplace health and safety, and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience within a hotel environment will be highly regarded.
