Job Description

Responsible for efficiently managing the food and beverage areas to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting departmental budget targets.

 Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests. · Create an environment and experience that meets guest expectations. · Familiarise yourself with VIP and regular guests to meet their requests and needs. · Establish systems to protect and maintain control of restaurant service equipment, recording breakages and conducting regular stock takes. · Implement and maintain a weekly cleaning schedule to achieve high hygiene and cleanliness standards. · Ensure all mis-en-place is completed before guests arrive. · Ensure staff are knowledgeable about the dining menu and wine list to maximize sales. · Collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines and cash registers. · Accurately complete guest billing following hotel procedures and ensure correct charges are posted, including collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines and cash registers. · Work operational shifts as required within the hotel.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 Years of experience in a F&B Supervisor role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and able to take initiative
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example and maintain high staff morale
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
