Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible for leading teams to deliver great hospitality across our Restaurant, Sports Bar, Lounge Bar, Meeting Rooms and Event space.

  • Supervise daily food and beverage operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate staff schedules and manage shifts
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain high standards of service quality and efficiency
  • Train and mentor new staff members
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organisation
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall success

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory health and safety standards
