We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As a key member of our hospitality management team, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.

• Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards across all food and beverage areas
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and consistency
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for all food and beverage outlets
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Assist in developing and implementing promotional activities to drive revenue
• Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance skills and maintain service standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Participate in budget planning and cost control measures

• 1-2 years of management experience in restaurants or similar food and beverage operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques
• In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Ability to manage a large and variable workload efficiently
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred (not required)

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): 
•    Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
•    Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
•    Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
•    Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps.
Visa Requirements: Must be legally permitted to work in Egypt.
