Job Description

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Hop & Huddle, you'll play a key role in leading our team to provide exceptional service to our guests. We are renowned for our extensive beer selection, mouthwatering smoked food, and indulgent milkshakes. If you have a passion for these culinary delights and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, we want to hear from you!

As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will:

  • Leading with exceptional Guest Experience, ensuring our visitors and guests have a memorable and wonderful stay and great dining experience
  • Provide leadership for your team and lead by example when offering efficient service across breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings
  • Ensure thorough understanding and act as an ambassador for ALL Loyalty programs
  • Maintain highest levels of ALLSafe and Food Safety and educate and encourage your team to do the same
  • Recruit, train and welcome new F&B team members and encourage them to live the HEARTIST way, making our guests and team members Feel Welcome and Feel Valued
  • Ensure a motivated and happy team of successful food & beverage superstars
  • Work closely with our Venue Manager on projects to elevate our service and product




  • Guest obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast paced and ever changing environment
  • Ability to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions should problems arise
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to extend yourself to assisting your colleagues where needed, maintaining high levels of communication with the Kitchen and Front Office teams
  • Clear and confident communication skills  
  • A passion for all things Food & Beverage with industry knowledge and familiarity with current trends
  • Availability to work across a 7 day rotating roster including mornings, evenings and weekends.
