Job Description
- Support the Sales Team with daily coordination, follow‑ups, and client communication.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders with accuracy and a strong sense of ownership.
- Manage F&B reservations for groups, events, and special dining requests.
- Handle inquiries and leads with quick, warm, and professional responses.
- Make promotional calls to highlight offers, events, and dining experiences.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, documentation, and internal communication.
- Maintain updated records across client databases, reports, and booking systems.
- Coordinate with F&B and Operations to ensure seamless event and dining execution.
- Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance summaries and basic inputs for Oasys.
- Balance multiple priorities with confidence — reservations, admin work, and sales support.
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, sales coordination, or administrative support.
- Strong communication skills in English and a naturally service‑oriented approach.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, especially when juggling multiple tasks.
- Confidence using MS Office; familiarity with PMS/CRM systems and Oasys payroll is a plus.
- A team‑focused mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
