Opened in June 2022, Pullman hotel features 218 rooms, 2000 m2 of banqueting facilities, Restaurant and Bar on the top floors, as well as luxurious spa. • Manage all Food and Beverage operations in our fast-paced restaurant and bars
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
• Ensure compliance of brand standards
• Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food and Beverage team
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and Payroll
• Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
• Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team 

• Previous Food & Beverage experience in a senior leadership role is required
• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in managing a large F&B operation gained in international Premium and/or luxury brand hotel
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• True people’s person, with passion to delight our guest with amazing service
• Obsessed about brand standards, with real passion for hospitality
• Excellent working knowledge of food and beverages
• Great leader, strive to develop and motivate the team
• Advanced knowledge of English language is a must
