Are you ready to lead the charge as the F&B Manager at the newly opened ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport hotel? Picture yourself steering the ship, ensuring our kitchen, restaurant, and bar deliver top-notch service, quality cuisine, and maximum returns while keeping costs in check.

This full-time, permanent role is tailor-made for an F&B pro like you—a chance to shape a brand-new team and set high standards. We're offering a competitive salary of £30,000 plus benefits. 

We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced F&B environment, excels at training and supporting their team, and is focused on driving revenue.

Your background in hospitality gives you an edge—you know the drill: anticipating guest needs, leading by example, and ensuring a great atmosphere. ibis Styles values individuality, so we're eager to build a diverse team, and you'll play a pivotal role in that.

The nitty-gritty? We're after someone with a few years of F&B experience, whether in restaurants, pubs, or hotels. Leadership and flexibility are key—365 days a year means mid, weekend, early, and late shifts.
