We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to join our team in Gandhinagar, India. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, including our restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and events.

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the dining experience and increase revenue
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus that align with current trends and guest preferences
• Oversee inventory management, cost control, and budgeting for the F&B department
• Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of F&B staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Coordinate with other departments to provide seamless service for conferences, events, and in-room dining
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge
• Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers and vendors to ensure the highest quality of ingredients and products
• Implement and oversee sustainability initiatives within the F&B department, focusing on reducing waste and promoting eco-friendly practices
• Conduct regular quality audits of food and beverage offerings to maintain consistency and excellence across all outlets
• Organize and oversee special F&B promotions, themed events, and holiday celebrations to drive customer engagement and sales
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies for F&B outlets and offerings

• Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant setting
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Current certifications in food safety and responsible alcohol service
• Proficiency in using point of sale systems and other relevant software
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of local and international cuisine and beverage trends
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
