Job Description

  • Operate a high standard of service to our food and beverage operations across multiple outlets as well as a busy conference & events department
  • Recruit, manage, motivate and maintain an exceptional service oriented front of house team
  • Manage supplier relationships, stock ordering and inventory levels
  • Contribute to the hotels financial objectives through effective forecasting, cost management and innovative promotions & events experience

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience
  • Experience working in a large scale hotel operation
  • Exemplary communication and organisational skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to create unique F&B experiences
  • Managers Certificate required
  • Flexibility on a 7 day roster
