Job Description
Food & Beverage Coordinator
Fairmont Chateau Whistler's Food & Beverage Coordinator provides administrative and organizational support to the department, and a variety of Food and Beverage managers, across multiple outlets.
Salary Range: $56,000 - $58,000 gross annually, based on previous experience and education
Job Duties Include:
- Maintain organizational systems and structure for the F&B Administrative office
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Food & Beverage
- Liaison between F&B operations and PR/Marketing
- Work alongside Outlet Managers to ensure payroll is up to date, and reporting lines are correct
- Communicate with colleagues regarding administrative information in the F&B department
Qualifications
- Administrative/coordinator experience is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years Food and Beverage operational experience
