Food & Beverage Bartender

No two days are alike as we provide unique experiences everyday such as our Mad Hatters afternoon tea in the Sanderson courtyard or our signature cocktails in the Blind Spot at St Martins Lane – our speakeasy cocktail bar. 

We have a fabulous opportunity to join St Martins Lane in our Restaurant team as a Bartender.

You will support the seamless running of our Restaurant as well as the famous Long Bar and other outlets, by providing a highly efficient and effective service. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and delivery of all beverages whilst delivering an Engaging, Dynamic Guest Experience.

• Provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
• To ensure excellent communication between all staff members at all times.
• Ensure that bar is stocked to par levels at allocated times
• Ensure standardisation and consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality
• Ensure order of bar and cleanliness in accordance to health and safety regulations
• Assist and direct wait staff
• Encourage team work and communication with bartenders and wait staff
• To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times

To be successful in this role we ask that you have:

• Previous experience as a bartender within hotels or service-based industry is required.
• Sense of urgency.
• Yes, yes, yes mentality.
• Can do attitude.
• Have a genuine passion for food and beverage.
