Food & Beverage Attendant (Part-Time)

Pullman Sydney Airport is a 5-star hotel located in the heart of Mascot Business Park, just a short walk from Mascot train station. Featuring 229 contemporary rooms and suites, the hotel offers a vibrant dining experience through Mobius Bar & Grill—a relaxed yet sophisticated venue serving both in-house and external guests.

We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Food & Beverage Attendant (Bar) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will primarily focus on delivering exceptional bar service while supporting the wider Food & Beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional, and engaging service at the bar
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Ensure a high standard of service and guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Assist with stock control and restocking
• Support F&B Supervisors and Managers in day-to-day operations
• Promote menu items and upsell food and beverage offerings

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hotel environment preferred
• Basic cocktail and beverage knowledge (training can be provided)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Must hold a valid RSA
