Job Description
Experienced Waiter | Tilda Restaurant
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will deliver warm, attentive, and professional service across restaurant and bar operations. Working closely with venue leadership and kitchen teams, you will help create seamless and memorable guest experiences from arrival through to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service in a professional, engaging, and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently
- Maintain strong menu knowledge across food, wine, cocktails, and spirits
- Support bar and floor service operations within Bar Tilda
- Ensure tables, service stations, and venue presentation are maintained to luxury hospitality standards
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised service where possible
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and leadership teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold grooming, service, and operational standards at all times
What we're looking for:
✓ Previous experience in restaurant, hotel or premium hospitality venue strongly preferred
✓ Strong food, wine and service knowledge highly regarded
✓ A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
✓ Professional presentation, positive attitude and attention to detail
✓ Availability to work evenings and weekends
