Job Description

Our Food & Beverage Attendant role is all about energy, action, and delivering awesome guest experiences. If you love staying active, enjoy working in a team, and want to be part of something exciting - this is for you!

  • Show Manaakitanga: Hospitality is about people—greet guests with warmth, make them feel at home, and create memorable experiences through genuine connections.
  • An Active & Dynamic Role: This isn’t a desk job! You’ll be on your feet, delivering food & drinks, engaging with guests, and keeping service running smoothly.
  • Be the Menu Expert: Share your knowledge of our offerings, provide recommendations, and enhance the dining experience with confident and thoughtful service.
  • Stay Sharp & Think Ahead: Anticipate guest needs, support your team, and keep the energy high in a fast-moving environment.
  • Teamwork is Key: Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a seamless and an enjoyable experience for every guest.
  • Commitment to Safety: Understand food safety requirements, be mindful of allergies, and ensure every guest dines with confidence.

Qualifications

You will be:

  • Experienced in hospitality - Previous experience in a medium to large restaurant is preferred, and 5-star hotel experience is a plus
  • Customer-focused with a passion for service - At least 3+ years of customer service experience, with a natural ability to connect with guests
  • Engaging & Energetic - You’re dependable, proactive, and have a positive, can-do attitude that uplifts the team
  • Skilled in Service Standards - A solid understanding of restaurant protocols, table service etiquette, and the ability to deliver a polished guest experience
  • A Confident Communicator - Whether face-to-face or over the phone, you have excellent communication skills. You answer calls with warmth and enthusiasm, handling room service orders efficiently and professionally
  • Always on the Move & Thinking Ahead - You thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying active, reading the room, and stepping in where needed to keep service seamless
