We are now seeking enthusiastic and service‑minded Food & Beverage Attendants to join our dynamic team.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be the face of our dining venues and play a vital role in delivering warm, efficient, and memorable service to our guests. Your passion for hospitality will help create exceptional experiences across our restaurant, bar, café, and event operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver meals and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Prepare basic beverages and assist with bar duties as required.
• Clear tables, reset settings, and maintain cleanliness across the venue.
• Assist in the setup, running, and pack‑down of conferences and events.
• Process payments and operate POS systems accurately.
• Follow safe food handling, hygiene, and RSA policies.
• Provide friendly assistance to all guests, anticipating their needs.
• Coordinate with Kitchen team to maintain menu quality and consistency
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• A professional, positive, and team‑focused attitude
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and event periods
• Previous F&B or hospitality experience (advantageous but not essential)
• A valid RSA certificate (required)
