Featuring 380 guest rooms and suites, bar and restaurant, swimming pool and gym with 8 flexible conference & function venues feature state-of-the-art, conference technology. The ballroom accommodates events of up to 400 delegates in a theatre-style setup or 230 guests for banquets.


Job Description

We are looking for a ‘guest obsessed’ Food & Beverage professionals who think outside the box, have exceptional customer service skills, and will take our guests on a memorable journey throughout their dining experience. This is a great opportunity to build your own skills and expertise to reach your personal and career goals. In this role you will:

  • Have a thorough understanding of the wine menu and provide excellent food/wine matching recommendations to guests.
  • Liaise with the kitchen team throughout the service period to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Clear and reset tables to a high standard and ensure service areas are clean and tidy.
  • Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • Individuals with a friendly, customer-focused attitude with the aim to provide total customer satisfaction.
  • Good level of food, wine & general beverage knowledge and an interest to keep learning.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification.
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a must.
  • A high standard of grooming and presentation.
  • Flexibility regarding your work availability is essential, as we operate 7 days a week, including public holidays AM & PM shifts highly regarded.
