Job Description
•Create guest service satisfaction
•Assist with customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
•Deliver room service orders while maintaining a high standard
•Ensure room service trolleys are set-up correctly and empty food bags are collected promptly when guests have finished
Qualifications
•Self motivated and energetic
•Good interpersonal skills
•Previous experience in Food & Beverage is an advantage but not essential
•Ability to work under pressure & the skills to think on your feet to resolve any issues as is required
