Job Description
At Pullman Sydney Olympic Park, our signature Bacar Restaurant is known for refined dishes, bold flavours, and impeccable presentation. We are currently seeking an energetic and guest-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic breakfast team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional breakfast service, including à la carte dining, while creating a welcoming experience that exceeds our guests’ expectations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries, and manage restaurant seating arrangements
- Support the Assistant Managers with the daily breakfast and à la carte service
- Prepare and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring food quality and presentation standards are consistently met
- Take food and beverage orders promptly and accurately to support efficient kitchen operations
- Deliver professional and attentive à la carte breakfast service to all guests
- Ensure all service areas are clean, organised, and well presented throughout service
- Maintain the restaurant’s presentation by following all opening, closing, and daily operational procedures
Qualifications
- Maintain current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, nights and public holidays
- Experience in a hotel environment or similar
- Service orientated with an eye for detail and confident communication skills
- Demonstrate pride in presentation
- Have full working rights in Australia
