What you’ll be doing:

Working across our F&B outlets and events, including Blvd Café and Bar, amenities, in-room dining, Pool bar and conferencing and events.  Personally connecting, laughing and creating a sense of belonging for our guests.

The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, engaging and ensure that our guests receive EPIC service every time. In addition, we are looking for people who enjoying helping their colleagues, working as a team and delivering quality products consistently.

 Some of the things you will be responsible for:

• Making the flawless coffee every time, perking up someone’s day with a perfect caffeine fix, one they’ll be back for!
• Delivering EPIC guest service
• Mixing and creating quality beverages - cocktails, mocktails, frappes, smoothies, juices and more
• Cashiering and providing guests their locals and ALL discounts
• Creating memorable dining experiences by connecting with our guests and locals in BLVD Bar & Café
• Ensuring our loyalty guests are recognised and receiving their benefits
• Delivering Room Service, amenities and Pool bar orders as required

We’d love to hear from people with:

• Previous experience in café, bar, banquets and a la carte service
• Experience in Micros or a similar POS cashiering system and processing credit cards
• A willingness to learn and strong interpersonal skills
• A genuine Heartist with the passion to connect with our guests making them feel special 
• Sound wine and cocktail knowledge with a creative flare to accommodate requests
• Enjoy working within team environment, helping each other and be confident in your ability to work autonomously in your own section or in the bar
• Hold a current QLD RSA certificate
• Be reliable and flexible in your availability to work a variety of shifts on a rotating roster including late nights, early mornings, week-ends and public holidays
• Must hold current work rights for Australia
