Job Description
Mama is looking for a Floor Manager who lives and breathes hospitality. Someone who loves being on the floor, leading a team ⛹, making guests smile and keeping the vibe just right.
At Mama, we’re not “just a hotel.” We create moments. We’re loud (sometimes), fun 😃 (always), and serious about great service. As our Floor Manager, you’re one of the faces of Mama — leading by example, supporting your team and making sure every guest leaves happier than they arrived.
What you’ll be up to:
- Running the daily show in our restaurants with the F&B Manager
- Being present on the floor (yes, really on the floor!)
- Coaching, motivating and developing the team
- Welcoming new team members and helping them feel at home
- Keeping schedules, timekeeping and operations smooth
- Watching costs, stock, waste and quality
- Making sure hygiene and safety rules are respected
- Sharing ideas for new drinks, dishes and cool concepts
- Making sure the energy stays high and the service stays sharp
Qualifications
- Have solid experience in a busy restaurant or hotel
- Have already led a team (and loved it)
- Communicate clearly and positively
- Know your way around systems like Micros
- Speaking Czech and English
- Are flexible with evenings, weekends and holidays
- Bring good vibes and team spirit wherever you go
