Starting Rate: $21.84 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $28.88.

Job Duties Include:  

• Lead safe and effective group fitness classes, workshops and outdoor programs as required
• Develop and execute safe and effective one-on-one Personal Training programs/sessions as required
• Ensure the facility is in peak condition at all times: operations, cleaning and sanitization of all equipment, supplies well stocked

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have Personal Training certification
• Must have current CPR and First Aid training
• Degree in kinesiology or other related exercise/fitness degree/diploma an asset
• Must have previous experience in personal training and group fitness classes
• Must be able to lift/carry 30+lbs and constant standing/walking throughout shift
