• Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages and specialty coffees to the highest standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, equipment, and serving areas in accordance with hotel standards
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Prepare hot and cold beverages including tea, hot chocolate, and other speciality drink

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Barista in a hospitality or café 
• Proficiency in preparing espresso-based beverages and specialty coffees
• Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavour profiles
• Demonstrated expertise in operating and maintaining espresso machines and grinders
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanour
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality presentation
