Job Description

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa. In line with the requirements set by the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.

Full Time Contract, Permanent, 5 days per week. Expected Start Date: Mid-November 2026 (TBC), salary £32,042.40 per year.

As our Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service, creating memorable experiences and building guest loyalty throughout their stay.
  • Lead and support the Food & Beverage team, ensuring smooth daily operations across all service areas.
  • Supervise team members on shift, ensuring duties are completed to a high standard and guests receive outstanding service.
  • Train, coach and motivate team members in company procedures, product knowledge and service standards.
  • Create a welcoming dining and bar experience where every guest feels valued.
  • Manage stock levels, stock rotation and ordering requirements for food, beverages and catering supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel, brand and audit standards at all times.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Drive sales by promoting food, beverage and hotel services and encouraging upselling opportunities.
  • Promote and support the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme.
  • Maintain effective communication across all departments.
  • Organise operational activities efficiently, including production, storage and distribution processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service, increase revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous Food & Beverage experience, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Flexible to work shifts Monday through Sunday, including weekends and holidays.
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to driving sales and business performance.
