Der Hotelkomplex Zürich City West vereint drei Hotelmarken von AccorHotels – Novotel, ibis, ibis budget – und bietet mit 459 Zimmern Platz für rund 1’000 Gäste.
Das 4-Sterne Business Hotel Novotel Zürich City West verfügt über 144 Zimmer, davon fünf Suiten. In unserem Restaurant „The Flave“ servieren wir à la carte Gerichte und Menüs, die lokale Einflüsse mit mediterraner Eleganz verbinden. Ergänzt wird unser Angebot durch eine Bar, fünf Seminar- und Banketträume, zwei Escape Rooms sowie ein Hallenbad mit Fitnessraum.
Zur Verstärkung unseres F&B-Teams suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine dienstleistungsorientierte, motivierte und fröhliche Persönlichkeit auf Stundenlohnbasis (w/m/d).
- Begrüssung und Betreuung unserer internationalen Gäste im Restaurant, an der Bar und auch in unseren Seminar- und Banketträumen
- Beratung der Gäste bei der Auswahl von Speisen und Getränken
- Mise-en-place Vorbereitungen
- Zimmerservice
- Entgegennahme und Überprüfung von Rechnungen und Kassenbons
- Weiterleitung und Bearbeitung von Gästefeedbacks und Reklamationen
- Mithilfe bei der Vorbereitung und Betreuung von Seminaren (Raumstellung, Technik, Empfang und Betreuung der Teilnehmenden)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im F&B Service
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und ein rasches Auffassungsvermögen
- Spass und Freude am Gästekontakt
- Flexibilität, sowohl Früh- als auch Spätschichten zu übernehmen
