We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Server to join our hospitality team in Sepang, Malaysia. In this role, you will deliver exceptional food and beverage service to our guests, creating memorable dining experiences through attentive, personalized service and genuine engagement. Working collaboratively with our Food & Beverage and culinary teams, you will maintain the highest standards of professionalism, organization, and service excellence in a dynamic hospitality environment.

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, presenting menu offerings and providing thoughtful beverage and food recommendations based on guest preferences
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary requirements are clearly communicated to the kitchen and bar teams
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently, maintaining attention to detail in presentation and service standards
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, and provide confident recommendations that enhance the guest experience
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, complaints, and special needs, resolving issues with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of service areas, tables, and dining spaces, adhering to health and safety standards
• Manage multiple guest requests simultaneously while maintaining composure and service quality in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across Food & Beverage, culinary, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale systems accurately and securely
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, intuitive service that exceeds expectations

• **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; certification or diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or related field is preferred
• **Experience:** Previous experience as a Server or in a similar Food & Beverage service role is preferred; experience in a luxury hotel and upscale restaurant
• **Guest Service Skills:** Demonstrated passion for hospitality with strong interpersonal skills; ability to deliver attentive, personalized, and intuitive service to guests from diverse backgrounds
• **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal communication abilities with confidence and professionalism; ability to engage effectively with guests and collaborate with team members
• **Attention to Detail:** Meticulous attention to detail in order taking, service delivery, and presentation of food, beverages, and service areas
• **Time Management:** Ability to manage multiple guest requests and service priorities efficiently while maintaining composure and service excellence
• **Teamwork:** Collaborative team player who works effectively with Food & Beverage, culinary, and other hotel colleagues
• **Problem-Solving:** Ability to handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, with a focus on resolution and guest satisfaction
• **Health & Safety:** Good understanding of food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety practices with commitment to maintaining organizational standards
• **Cash Handling & POS Systems:** Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures is preferred
• **Physical Requirements:** Ability to work in various service environments, remain standing for extended periods, and perform the physical duties required for food and beverage service
• **Professional Presentation:** Maintains a polished and professional appearance with appropriate grooming and conduct standards
• **Multilingual Abilities:** Proficiency in English and Malay, or other languages relevant to serving diverse guest populations, is preferred
• **Adaptability:** Flexibility and resilience in responding to changing priorities and fast-paced service demands
