Este hotel ofrece 183 habitaciones y servicios variados como desayuno, restaurantes, bares, aparcamiento, spa, gimnasio, servicios pet-friendly y excelente espacio para bodas.
El Mondrian Mexico City Condesa está al lado de áreas verdes como el Parque México (500 m) y el Parque España (600 m) y cerca del centro de la ciudad (4.7 km), del Museo Nacional de Antropología (4.7 km) y del Museo Soumaya (8 km). Y ofrece fácil acceso barrios marcantes de la ciudad, como Polanco (5.3 km) y Xochimilco (30 km). El hotel también garantiza facilidad para desplazamientos, pues está a 100 metros del Metro Chilpancingo y a 12 km del Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de México.

Objetivo del puesto:
Como Food & Beverage Manager, serás responsable de liderar, supervisar y optimizar todas las operaciones de alimentos y bebidas del hotel, asegurando una experiencia gastronómica de clase mundial que refleje el estilo vanguardista y sofisticado de Mondrian. Esto incluye restaurantes, bares, servicio a habitaciones, banquetes y eventos especiales.
Tu enfoque estratégico y operativo garantizará la excelencia en el servicio, el cumplimiento de los estándares de marca y la rentabilidad del área.
Responsabilidades Principales
Supervisar la operación diaria de todos los centros de consumo (restaurantes, bares, room service, eventos).
Reclutar, entrenar y liderar a los equipos de cocina, servicio y banquetes.
Desarrollar menús, conceptos gastronómicos y experiencias innovadoras alineadas con el perfil del huésped de lujo.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de servicio, sanidad, higiene y seguridad (Distintivo H).
Implementar estrategias de ventas, upselling y control de costos para maximizar ingresos y márgenes.
Coordinar con áreas como cocina, housekeeping, ventas y eventos para garantizar operaciones integradas.
Analizar indicadores de desempeño (GOP, REVPAR F&B, inventarios, rotación) y generar planes de acción.
Supervisar compras, negociaciones con proveedores y control de inventarios.
Atender personalmente a clientes VIP y resolver quejas de manera proactiva y profesional.

Pasión por el lujo, la hospitalidad y la experiencia del huésped
Licenciatura en Hotelería, Gastronomía, Administración o afines.
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en gestión de alimentos y bebidas en hoteles de lujo o restaurantes de alto nivel.
Conocimiento avanzado de costos, inventarios, compras, normativas sanitarias y estándares internacionales.
Dominio de inglés (oral y escrito) – indispensable.
Manejo de sistemas de gestión hotelera (Opera, POS).
Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación, organización y enfoque en servicio al cliente.
