• Supervise and motivate bar staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and memorable guest experiences.
• Manage daily bar operations, stock control, and ordering.
• Oversee preparation and presentation of drinks to premium standards.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and responsible service guidelines.
• Assist with rostering, training, and onboarding new team members.
• Resolve guest queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with management to deliver exclusive member events and activations.

• Certificate in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
• Good communication and customer contact skills
• Service oriented with an eye for details
• Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
• A team player & builder
• A motivator & self-starter
• Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all time
