We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Ambassador to join our team in Udaipur, India. As an F&B Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, representing our food and beverage offerings with passion and professionalism. You will engage with guests, promote our products, and create memorable experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence in hospitality. This role offers the opportunity to combine your love for food and beverages with exceptional customer service in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

• Represent the organization's food and beverage brand at events, tastings, promotions, and hospitality functions throughout Udaipur
• Engage with guests and potential customers in a friendly and professional manner, sharing product knowledge and recommendations
• Conduct product demonstrations and tastings, highlighting the unique qualities and benefits of our F&B offerings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and awareness
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events
• Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, preferences, and sales activities
• Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism at all times, adhering to company standards and protocols
• Customize presentations and pitches based on audience preferences and market dynamics
• Assist in coordinating and supporting F&B events, including setup, execution, and follow-up activities
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging food and beverage preferences in the local market

• 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage, hospitality, sales, or customer-facing roles
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Strong product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for food and beverage offerings
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of promoting products and driving customer engagement
• Proficiency in event coordination and brand representation activities
• Knowledge of hospitality standards, protocols, and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events as required
• Familiarity with the Udaipur market and local customer preferences (preferred)
• Multilingual abilities, particularly fluency in Hindi and English (preferred)
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (preferred)
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, or specialty beverages (preferred)
