• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.
• Provides accurate and relevant information and services to the guests and delivers it to them in the most meaningful way
• Up-sells the Hotel to guests whenever the opportunity arises
• Responsible for all Food & Beverage inventory, including supplies at Premier Club, including mis-en-plus of stocked items

• Graduate of Hospitality or any related course
• With Food and Beverage experience
• Can work in a fast phase environment
