1. Making new recipe/products which may improve quality of food or lower food cost.
2. Ensure that all equipment and perishable items are stored in its designated place and is done in the most hygienic manner.
3. Ensure Kitchen team adhere to food safety, health, security and loss control policies and procedures and Government legislation

Your experience and skills include:

1. Graduate under Culinary school.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
3. Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
5. Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team.
