- Asistir en la preparación de alimentos, incluyendo mise en place, guarniciones, ensaladas, salsas, carnes, verduras, frutas y postres
- Mantener la limpieza del área de trabajo y del equipo, incluyendo la limpieza diaria de la sandwichera
- Gestionar el inventario de alimentos, incluidas las comprobaciones diarias de existencias y el almacenamiento adecuado de los alimentos
- Apoyar las operaciones de cocina ayudando con el montaje, limpieza y decoración del buffet
- Sustituir al cocinero cuando sea necesario
