• Assist the entertainment team in organizing and preparing daily activities and events for hotel guests.
• Support entertainment staff and performers during shows, activities, and special events.
• Help prepare entertainment areas, equipment, and facilities before and after activities.
• Welcome and assist guests during entertainment programs and activities.
• Encourage guest participation and create a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth entertainment operations.
• Assist with setting up and organizing special events, parties, and themed nights.
• Ensure entertainment areas are clean, safe, and ready for guests.
• Respond to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
• Support the entertainment team with daily operational tasks as required. 

• Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, guest services, or a related field is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive, and energetic personality.
• Ability to interact professionally with guests from different nationalities and backgrounds.
• Customer-service oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
