Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, coordinate, and conduct daily entertainment and recreational activities for guests.
  • Engage with guests of all ages and encourage participation in scheduled programs and events.
  • Assist in planning and implementing entertainment activities, themed events, and special occasions.
  • Ensure all activity areas, equipment, and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Provide guests with information regarding activity schedules, hotel facilities, and recreational services.
  • Monitor guest safety during activities and respond appropriately to any incidents or concerns.
  • Support children's activities and family-oriented programs when required.
  • Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
  • Promote hotel entertainment programs and recreational offerings to enhance guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of participation, activity feedback, and equipment usage.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures.
  • Deliver friendly, energetic, and professional service at all times.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in entertainment, recreation, guest activities, hospitality, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality with strong guest engagement skills.
  • Ability to lead group activities and interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop fun and engaging programs.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Physically fit and able to participate actively in recreational activities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude aligned with hotel standards.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR is an advantage.
