Job Description

 

  • Support senior engineers in the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions and technical projects
  • Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and system diagrams
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to project planning and execution
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
  • Develop and maintain technical solutions while ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations
  • Support the troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems reported by clients or internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements
  • Maintain and update existing systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in engineering, software development, or a related technical role
  • Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript)
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering best practices
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows
  • Ability to read, write, and review technical documentation and code
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
