Descrição do emprego

Principais responsabilidades

Efetuar a limpeza e arrumação dos quartos, casas de banho e zonas atribuídas;
Garantir a correta preparação dos quartos de acordo com os padrões de qualidade e higiene do hotel;
Repor amenities, roupa de cama, toalhas e restantes materiais necessários;
Verificar o estado de conservação dos quartos e comunicar eventuais avarias ou necessidades de manutenção;
Cumprir os procedimentos de limpeza, higiene, segurança e utilização dos produtos;
Assegurar uma boa gestão dos materiais e equipamentos de trabalho;
Colaborar com os restantes elementos da equipa de Housekeeping, contribuindo para o bom funcionamento do departamento.

Qualificações

Perfil pretendido

Experiência anterior em funções de limpeza de quartos, preferencialmente em hotelaria;
Sentido de responsabilidade, organização e atenção ao detalhe;
Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa e de forma autónoma;
Rapidez, eficiência e capacidade de gestão do tempo;
Atitude positiva, dinamismo e orientação para a qualidade;
Disponibilidade para trabalhar por turnos rotativos, incluindo fins de semana e feriados.
