Le Mercure Paris Pont de Levallois Neuilly est un établissement 4 étoiles de 52 chambres, ouvert en 2018, situé au cœur de Levallois-Perret, charmante commune aux portes de Paris. En tant qu’Employé polyvalent petit-déjeuner, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la qualité de l’expérience client dès le début de la journée.
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Hébergement, vos missions principales seront :
Préparer, mettre en place et réapprovisionner le buffet petit-déjeuner selon les standards Mercure.
Accueillir les clients avec le sourire, les accompagner, veiller à leur confort et à leur satisfaction.
Maintenir en permanence la propreté de la salle, du buffet et de l’office.
Gérer les demandes spécifiques des clients (intolérances, préférences alimentaires, service en chambre occasionnel).
Participer à la plonge, au nettoyage de la vaisselle et des équipements de cuisine si nécessaire.
Assurer la remise en état et la fermeture de l’espace petit-déjeuner à la fin du service.
Ce poste polyvalent combine contact client, organisation, sens du détail et esprit d’équipe.
Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) enthousiaste, rigoureux(se) et souriant(e), avec les compétences suivantes :
Première expérience en hôtellerie ou en restauration souhaitée, mais débutant(e) motivé(e) accepté(e).
Excellente présentation et sens du service client.
Bonne maîtrise du français, l’anglais est un atout.
Esprit d’équipe, autonomie et dynamisme.
Sens de l’hygiène et du respect des normes HACCP.
Capacité à travailler debout et à effectuer des tâches physiques légères.
- Poste en CDI, à pourvoir dès que possible.
- Remboursement du titre de transport à hauteur de 50% (Pass Navigo)
- Horaires : base 39 h/semaine, amplitude variable incluant week-ends et jours fériés.
- Carte collaborateur Accor "Programme ALL HEARTISTS" (notamment 30% de réduction sur les hôtels du groupe, réductions Boutique PSG, Europcar, ...)
