We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant Manager for Rooms (EAM Rooms) to join our luxury hotel in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As the EAM Rooms, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the rooms division operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.

• Lead and manage the rooms division, including front office, housekeeping, and reservations departments
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise room revenue and occupancy rates
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction throughout the property
• Collaborate with other department heads to enhance overall guest experience and operational efficiency
• Analyse performance metrics and financial reports to make data-driven decisions
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service
• Handle guest complaints and resolve complex issues promptly and professionally
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for the rooms division
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security regulations

• Extensive experience in an All inclusive integrated resort
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel management, with a focus on rooms division operations
• Proven track record in revenue management and driving financial performance
• Excellent knowledge of hotel management systems and revenue management tools
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and hotel management software
• Relevant hotel management certifications (e.g., CRME, CHRM) are desirable
• In-depth understanding of the luxury hospitality market and current industry trends
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
