We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and digitally savvy E-Commerce and Social Media Executive to join our team in Istanbul, Türkiye. This role is key to driving online revenue growth, enhancing our digital presence, and elevating brand visibility across e-commerce and social media platforms.

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and enhance customer experience
• Manage, update, and optimize e-commerce platforms, ensuring efficient daily operations and continuous improvement
• Plan, create, and execute social media marketing campaigns across all relevant channels to drive engagement and traffic
• Produce high-quality, visually compelling social media content aligned with brand guidelines
• Monitor, analyze, and report on e-commerce performance and social media KPIs
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure unified digital communication and branding
• Stay current with e-commerce trends, social media best practices, and emerging digital tools
• Implement SEO and SEM initiatives to improve search visibility and online reach
• Respond to customer inquiries on social media promptly and professionally
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, partnerships, and digital promotional activities
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, geo-based search engines) to enhance content creation, research, and campaign optimization

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce and social media marketing
• Strong command of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn)
• Experience with digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads etc.)
• Excellent content creation skills with a strong visual eye for aesthetics and brand alignment
• Solid understanding of SEO and SEM principles
• Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into actionable strategies
• Creative, innovative, and proactive approach to digital marketing
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in AI-based tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, geo search engines) and their application in digital marketing
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends, e-commerce innovations, and social media best practices
• Fluency in both Turkish and English
