Job Description
Are you handy on the tools, enjoy variety in your day and are passionate about providing high quality assistance and finding solutions to problems in a fun and busy environment? – then this role is for you!
Bring your ‘can do’ attitude to this established and experienced hotel engineering team as a Duty Technician, at Novotel Canberra.
In this role you will:
• Ensure all guest maintenance requests are resolved quickly and professionally
• General repairs and maintenance; (Basic plumbing, electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning service and repairs)
• Complete tasks as part of preventative maintenance program
• Work closely within a supportive and experienced engineering team in an exciting hotel environment
Qualifications
Successful candidates will:
• Be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
• Be keen to learn and grow within the business
• Be flexible and available across 7 day rotating roster (penalty rates apply)
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. We will also train the right candidate who is keen to learn, work and grow!
