Duty Manager（デューティーマネージャー）の主な役割
1. 主にフロントオペレーションの統括（Mainly Front Office Operations Oversight）
2. ゲストリレーションと問題解決（Guest Relations & Problem Resolution）
3. 安全管理・緊急対応（Safety & Emergency Management）
4. 品質管理（Quality Assurance）
5. スタッフサポート・育成（Team Support & Leadership）
6. レポートと引き継ぎ（Reporting & Handover）
7.夜間時間帯の責任者代行業務（Acting General Manager during night hours）
資格
学歴：
•高卒以上
応募資格
以下の経験をお持ちの方のご応募お待ちしております。
・ホテルフロント管理職経験がある方
※アコー（Accor）のシステム, Opera Cloud 利用経験がある方尚可
・日本語、英語を話せる方
（会話レベル お客様、従業員同士でコミュケーションがとれるレベル）
あると望ましい資格：
・ラグジュアリーホスピタリティマーケットでの経験
Education:
・High school diploma or above
Qualifications:

・Experience in a hotel front office supervisory or managerial role
(Experience using Accor systems, Opera Cloud is a plus)
・Proficiency in both Japanese and English
(Conversational level sufficient for communication with guests and colleagues)
