Job Description

  • Deploys the validated strategies and action plans to achieve the Commercial targets in conjunction with the Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing.
  • Analyses current and potential markets/trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume.
  • Attends major travel trade related functions to promote the hotel.
  • Closely observes matters pertaining to competition.

Qualifications

  • Previous Sales leadership is required, preferably in a luxury hotel.
  • Knowledge of Chinese language will be a plus.
  • University/College degree in a related discipline preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Analytical skills, strength as a developer and a leader of others, creativity, and strong planning skills are essential for this position.
  • Cope well under pressure.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
