Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for leisure, corporate, MICE, and group segments to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, DMCs, and corporate partners to maximize bookings.
  • Lead the preparation and execution of the hotel's annual sales & marketing budget, forecasts, and business plans.
  • Actively participate in sales missions, tradeshows, roadshows, and client entertainment activities.
  • Set and monitor team KPIs and sales goals, providing performance feedback and corrective strategies.

2. Marketing & Branding

  • Oversee marketing and communication campaigns to elevate brand positioning and guest engagement.
  • Collaborate with the MarCom team to align messaging across digital platforms, social media, offline channels, and third-party partnerships.
  • Champion brand storytelling and content development that reflects the unique identity of Grand Seminyak and Ennismore's lifestyle positioning.

3. Revenue Optimization

  • Work closely with the Revenue Manager to optimize pricing, distribution, and inventory across all channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and booking patterns to inform rate and strategy decisions.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, and market share to ensure continued business growth.

4. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Sales & Marketing team with clear direction and professional development goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment aligned with the values of Accor and Ennismore.
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance evaluations, and career planning sessions

5. Other Responsibilities

  • Represent the property in local and international forums, including media events, tourism boards, and hospitality networks.
  • Ensure alignment with Accor brand standards, sales systems, and operational policies.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for all sales and marketing activities.
  • Attend management meetings and contribute to cross-departmental strategic planning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

 


Qualifications

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, Sales, Marketing or a related filed.
  • At least 5 years in a sales leadership role, preferable in a luxury 5* hotel
  • Excellent communication skills, relationship skills, and negotiation skills
  • Thrive on working to achieve challenging targets
  • Highly motivated, passionate, energetic with excellent interpersonal skill
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
