Job Description
Leadership: Lead and manage the Rooms Division team, ensuring alignment with company values and service standards.
Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and other rooms-related functions.
Guest Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional guest service through effective team management and guest engagement.
Financial Management: Develop and manage departmental budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities.
Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Training & Development: Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives.
Qualifications
Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Extensive experience in Rooms Division or Front Office management roles.
Proven leadership and financial acumen.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS).
