Job Description
Involves acting as the strategist behind the brand's presence, transforming the venue into a premier niche destination. The mission is to fuse creative concepts with effective commercial strategies, ensuring high-quality entertainment aligns with the promotion of a premium beverage program and luxury guest experiences.
Develop and implement the overall entertainment vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
Create compelling brand narratives that generate awareness, buzz, and word-of-mouth engagement.
Develop entertainment initiatives that support beverage sales and overall guest spending.
Ensure all entertainment experiences meet luxury hospitality standards.
Continuously identify emerging trends and develop entertainment concepts that differentiate the venue from competitors.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations and premium service standards.
Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to drive business results through entertainment initiatives.
Established network within the entertainment, hospitality, and lifestyle industries.
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading entertainment, nightlife, events. or creative strategy within luxury hospitality.
