Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-On Leadership: Lead by example in providing exceptional high-end dining and service, ensuring every guest experience exceeds expectations.
  • Team Motivation and Development: Maintain a motivated and highly skilled team, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction.
  • Talent Recruitment and Management: Collaborate with Outlet Managers and the Talent & Culture Team to recruit new team members and manage the life cycle of each staff member, from appraisal to performance coaching.
  • Strategic Marketing and Revenue Generation: Develop marketing and promotions plans to drive incremental revenue and enhance guest engagement.
  • Financial Accountability: Manage monthly costs, inventory, and daily operating expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and achievement of budgeted profit targets.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all statutory, HSE standards, procedures, and processes, prioritizing the safety and well-being of both guests and staff.
  • Reporting and Communication: Monitor, report, and document all operations with detailed explanations, and liaise with the General Manager on finance matters or discrepancies.
  • Proven Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Luxury F&B Experience: At least 7 to 10 years of previous managerial experience in a luxury F&B environment with high volume and a commitment to exceptional offerings.
  • Beverage Expertise: Strong knowledge of premium beverages is a must, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our discerning guests.
  • Standards Proficiency: Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 22000, and Green Globe standards is highly desired, showcasing a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Adaptability: Excellent time management skills and the flexibility to thrive in fast-paced and evolving situations.
  • Career Development: Passionate about personal and professional growth, eager to further develop skills and advance within the industry.

 


Qualifications

  • 10-12 years of progressive F&B experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role in a luxury hotel or resort

  • Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams while maintaining high service standards

  • Expertise in luxury guest experience delivery, food & beverage trends, and concept innovation

  • Deep understanding of quality assurance, health & safety compliance, and brand standards

  • Experience with multi-outlet operations, including fine dining, bars, in-room dining, and events/banquets
