Ensure luxury service quality and experience. Manage the overall F&B operation while developing talent. Oversee 4 restaurants, 4 bars, banquets and pastry shop, room service.   

Create innovative F&B projects and promotions to ensure exceptional financial performance. Maintain strong contract negotiation skills.

 Ensure excellent and efficient communication within the team and with other departments

Bachelor degree required

3-5 years experience in a similar role within F&B management in luxury hotels with strong commitment & attention to detail

Asian experience is a plus

Excellent communication ability with strong leadership, excellent motivational skills and customer centric.  Dynamic personality.

Excellent English essential -   French or other language a plus
