Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and goal-oriented Director of Finance to join our team at Movenpick Resort Aswan, As a key member of our executive leadership, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy and driving our organization's success in this dynamic market.

  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and profitability
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors
  • Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets
  • Optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Present financial reports and analysis to the board of directors and executive team

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a senior finance role
  • Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance metrics
  • Proficiency in advanced financial systems and data analytics tools
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices
