We are seeking a visionary and goal-oriented Director of Finance to join our team at Movenpick Resort Aswan, As a key member of our executive leadership, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy and driving our organization's success in this dynamic market.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and profitability
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors
- Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets
- Optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Present financial reports and analysis to the board of directors and executive team
- Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a senior finance role
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Proficiency in advanced financial systems and data analytics tools
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
- Experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable
- Fluency in English
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices
