Director of Feasibility

The Director of Feasibility is responsible for leading feasibility studies, business planning, financial analysis, investment evaluations, and strategic reporting across the development portfolio. The role will support executive decision-making by providing robust financial insights, market intelligence, and investment recommendations. This position plays a key role in supporting development, operations and finance.

What you'll do...

Feasibility & Business Planning

• Lead the preparation, review, and enhancement of feasibility studies for hospitality, branded residences, mixed-use, and F&B projects.
• Develop and continuously improve business planning and budgeting toolkits to enable efficient and accurate financial modeling and faster turnaround times.
• Partner with Development, Operations, Finance, and Brand teams to validate project assumptions and business cases.
• Provide detailed investment analysis, sensitivity assessments, and financial scenario modeling to support strategic decisions.
• Financial Planning & Portfolio Support
• Strengthen financial planning and analytical support across the development and investment portfolio.
• Monitor project performance against approved business plans and identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner closely with key stakeholders to evaluate investment opportunities and optimize project returns.
• Ensure reporting standards meet stakeholder expectations and governance requirements.

Reporting & Market Intelligence

• Develop dashboards, periodic portfolio performance reviews, and executive reports.
• Produce regular market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry intelligence reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Track market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activity across key target markets.

What we're looking for...

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA, CFA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in feasibility, corporate finance, investment analysis, hospitality development, real estate, or strategic planning.
• Strong experience within hospitality, mixed-use developments, branded residences, or real estate investment environments.
• Proven experience preparing investment committee submissions and evaluating complex investment opportunities.
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and feasibility analysis skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation capabilities.
